Music Instruction
Matthew has been a private music instructor for over 20 years in the western suburbs. Matt offers lessons on piano, drums, guitar and music production. If you need help with music theory, music technique, music recording, or just want to learn the basics, he can help. Matthew has taught students from the ages of 5 to 95 so please don’t hesitate to inquire. His studio is located in his home in Campton Hills. He can also come to you!
Piano
From the basics of learning to read music to the most advanced chord voicings Matthew can help you with your goals. Matthew has 35 years of piano and music study under his belt.
Drums
From jazz band, to drum line, percussion ensemble to performing on hundreds of stages throughout the country. No matter your goals on the drums, Matthew can help you get there. He holds a Bacehlor’s Degree in Percussion Performance from the University of Iowa and studied with Dr. Dan Moore, among others.
Guitar
Matthew has been performing and teaching guitar for over 20 years. Whether it be Dave Matthews type riffs, cowboy chords, or blues solo licks, he can help you reach your goals. Matthew teaches acoustic or electric guitar depending on your preference.
